These two series — The Somatic Session for the Therapist's Body (specialty workshops) and The Somatic Session for the Client's Body (6-month trainings) — are designed to stand alone or work together to build a grounded, trauma-responsive practice.
Rooted in lived experience and backed by real change in real bodies, this is not a rigid method, but an evidence-based, sustainable, somatic way forward.
