This module lays the groundwork for the series by introducing dynamic somatic
S. P. A. C. E.
Set.  Prep.  Allow.  Connect.  Examine.
Practitioners begin by exploring the relationship with their own physical body as the base to unleash the therapeutic potential of consensual touch, movement and proprioceptive proximity.

Module 2: Explore the Body 

Move Toward
Direct Experience

This module uncovers how to work with clients to bridge the gap between their past and their future, and to integrate experiences from both into the present. Therapists will learn how to better "get" client’s narrative stories as it presents interoceptively in the body in order to shift REACTION to RESPONSE.

Module 3: Know the Body 

Apply Body Mind 
Psycho-Education

This module provides an overview of the western neuroscience and eastern philosophies that can be used to guide a holistic Mind-Body approach to therapeutic practice. Therapists will gain an understanding of how to apply these theories to grievances like pain, trauma, loss, anxiety, in an effective way that is appropriate for the client in that specific moment of experience.​

Module 4: Action of the Body

Transform through
Embodied Action

As we complete the series, this module focuses on how to move from the insights found in embodied direct experience to actions (not re-actions) that lead to lasting change through self-empowered at-home practices. Therapists will gain the skills needed to help their clients use their experience to move forward with informed choice and transform their lives.
